Digital Product Policy
PDF Robot is a digital software product. Because license keys are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to the full software, all sales are generally considered final once a license key has been issued and activated.
When a Refund May Be Granted
- The Software fails to install or run on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error
- Your license key was not delivered and we cannot resend it within 48 hours
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
When a Refund Will Not Be Granted
- The license key has been activated on a device
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong product
- Your system does not meet minimum requirements
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
- 4 GB RAM minimum
- Internet connection required for license activation

Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
