Digital Product Policy

PDF Robot is a digital software product. Because license keys are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to the full software, all sales are generally considered final once a license key has been issued and activated.

When a Refund May Be Granted

  • The Software fails to install or run on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error
  • Your license key was not delivered and we cannot resend it within 48 hours

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

When a Refund Will Not Be Granted

  • The license key has been activated on a device
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • Your system does not meet minimum requirements
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Minimum System Requirements

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • 4 GB RAM minimum
  • Internet connection required for license activation

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
