Digital Product Policy

PDF Robot is a digital software product. Because license keys are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to the full software, all sales are generally considered final once a license key has been issued and activated.

When a Refund May Be Granted

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The Software fails to install or run on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your initial support request
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error
  • Your order was not fulfilled (license key was not delivered) and we are unable to resend it within 48 hours

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.

When a Refund Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The license key has been activated on a device
  • You have changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product or edition
  • Your system does not meet the minimum requirements (please check before purchasing)
  • The Software was used for any purpose and you simply no longer require it
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date

Minimum System Requirements

Before purchasing, please ensure your system meets the following:

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • 4 GB RAM minimum
  • Internet connection required for license activation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at www.phantombinary.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and email address used at checkout
  2. Your order number
  3. A description of the issue you are experiencing
  4. Confirmation that you have contacted support and the issue was not resolved

We will respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
