1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PDF Robot (the Software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase of a valid license, Phantom Binary grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) devices. Trial users may use the Software for 15 days for evaluation purposes only.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the Software or license key
- Do not reverse engineer or decompile the Software
- Do not use the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Do not use the Software to forge or misrepresent documents in violation of applicable law
- Do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
4. License Transfer
Licenses may be transferred to a new device via File > Transfer License. You may not transfer your license to another person.
5. Intellectual Property
The Software is the exclusive property of Phantom Binary, protected by copyright law and international treaties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Phantom Binary shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.
8. Refunds
Refunds are generally not available once a license key has been delivered and activated. See our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Termination
Your license terminates immediately upon breach of these Terms. You must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
